Decision ReviewAn offender, who is aggrieved by the Board’s decision, may request a review of the decision by writing to the Chair. The Chair or designate may either uphold the original decision or order a new hearing. A complaint against the Board or its hearing processes may be investigated by the Ombudsman or the Ontario Human Rights Commission at the request of an offender. |
